I've had great results using Star Tron gas treatment. The product was recomended by a person I purchased
my BMW motorcycle from. I have a fleet of older cars, and I've seen better fuel economy and they all seem to be running better now that I use Star Tron. We are also using this for our outboard Honda engine.
Thanks again,
Claire Radke

"I purchased a 1978 Trojan F-32 cruiser and found I had a fuel problem in one tank. After checking on fuel polishing and even thinking about a new tank and the cost and hassel involved with fuel disposal, I ran across your product online. I decided it was worth a try and soon after putting it in both tanks, I noticed the engines started quicker and ran smoother. However, I still had one tank that would shut down the engine if I used that tank. We worried most of the season and did not use that tank. Then at the end of the season we decided to try and burn up that fuel so we could remove the tank and replace it over the winter. Well, low a behold, we were able to use up all the fuel in the tank and the engine never had a problem. We decided not to remove the tank and there has not been a problem since. We have had friends with the similar problem and have turned them on to your product that we have dubbed \"Viagra of The Sea\". Now we regularly use your product in anything we have that burns fuel."

We use only Star Brite products to keep our apparatus clean, also I can't say enough about your Star Tron product. We had nothing but trouble with our portable pumps, fans, ect. Not running properly with this new E-10 ethanol. We run Star Tron in all our equipment and have not had a problem since. Thanks for producing a great product.

Over the weekend we went to Captiva Island. One of the residents had an older Jeep he rarely uses and it wouldn’t keep idling without a foot on the pedal.
I told them to wait right there, I came back with my blue crack, dumped in two ounces, and within 60 seconds the thing was purring like a kitten. It obviously loosened up some sort of clog in his fuel filter. He’ll be buying a case of the stuff.

I got some advice from you prior to going to Florida for Feb, March and April. I have a 17 Mako that is 18 years old and had some water in the tank that was showing up in my fuel filter bowl as a brown goo about the consistency of ketchup.
This likely a result of E10 that got in my tank because of faulty labeling or my not paying attention at the pump.
I used the boat every day for last 3 months and at your suggestion added a double dose of Star Tron to begin with and then the recommended amount after that.
Prior to Star Tron I would drain the bowl after every other use to clear the goo. After adding Star Tron I never needed to touch it; the bowl remained clear.
I am a believer and have passed this success story to all of my fishing buddies. It is not often that a product lives up to the hype but yours really does.
Thanks, Bill |

I have been using the gas formula for three tankfuls in my Trailblazer and it helped significantly improving the sluggishness and hesitation in a couple tanks' time. So if there is a price difference, I would say the gas treatment is good enough. I should add I have never felt a tangible improvement in additives much before unless the engine was badly fouled.
I am using the diesel treatment in my Bird. It seems to have reduced the white smoke in winter a bit. I am no longer able to launch trench warfare against my neighboring campers under cover of smoke and must devise new tactics.
I am beginning to detect a loss of mileage. Can't say if that is an additive problem yet, and I don't see why it should be if it were. The engine is 29 years old, but it runs fine. Perhaps I have consumed all the "heavies" in the tank and am left with only "lights" to burn. Or perhaps the refineries are selling lighter fuel.

I have been using Startron in my diesel engines for years and wouldn't be without it. It has improved the mileage on my Mercedes diesel by about 2 mpg, which really impressed me, eliminated injector fouling problems that I had on my old three cylinder air cooled tractor and cleared up a smoking problem that I was having with a 10 hp genset.
I recommended this product to several of my friends with trawlers and motorsailers and to the man, they have thanked me.
If you have the same positive experiences with this product that I have, you can save quite a few bucks by purchasing it by the gallon vs the 16 oz size. West Marine carries it for $100.00 a gallon, which is a savings of $60.00 vs buying it in the smaller size.
I've also put a pint of startron into my 560 gallon underground fuel oil tank for the last few years and the last time I had the boiler serviced, the technician mentioned that he had never seen such a clean burn chamber.
I hope your experiences are as positive as mine have been.

I wrote you an email back on October 22, 2007 concerning how much your company backs up your fuel treatment Star Tron. My concern was that I own a motorcycle that has 6 carburetors and I really did not want to clean them out ever again due to the E-10 they are putting in our gas. You wrote me back telling me that you backed up your product so much that you would pay for my carburetors to be cleaned, no problem there! I am a service manager for a motorcycle shop and we charge $102.00 per carburetor to be cleaned. I also told you that I would pay $100.00 for a bottle that would keep my gas from breaking down and keep the fuel fresh until the next riding season. Well, let me tell you. Your product works like no other I have seen and used. My bike has been sitting untouched and with only a battery tender on it since October. I brought it out on March 17, 2008 and the bike fired up, all carburetors were working as they should with no signs of any fuel break down in the carburetors. I rode the bike for about 50 miles and the bike ran just like it did before I put it up for the winter. I have to tell you that with the ethanol issue we have here in Maryland and bikes with carburetors are having a lot of issues with fuel break down caused by the ethanol. We have done about three times the carb cleans then the last 2 years and we hold the ethanol accountable for this. I just want to say that your product just works and I am proof of it. I will continue to use and sell this product with 100% confidence. I am so happy to be able to stand behind your product and let everyone know that you do make a product that works great!! Thank you from all the motorcyclist who use your product and are enjoying the sport and not waiting in line at a service shop… Vernon Moyer Service manager Heyser cycle center www.heysercycle.com |

I have been running with Star Tron added to the gasoline in my boat for about three weeks now. I added at the rate of 1 ounce per every 8 gallons and have run approximately 60 gallons through each engine. The rough idle problem I was experiencing stopped getting worse and has actually improved noticeably. While I am not out of the woods yet, there is enough improvement that I am hopeful it will be resolved over the next few weeks when I expect to double that amount of fuel consumption. I am pleasantly surprised and very pleased. I had previously tried both Sea Foam (before the carb rebuilds) and Techron Plus (after the rebuilds), and neither helped resolve nor prevent the rough idle problem. My mechanic, who has been as frustrated as me about my boat, also tried it in his boat at the same time. He had year-old gas (2 cycle) in his tank. He told me that it went from running very rough to now "purring as it should". A not insignificant part of his business is fuel polishing and tank cleaning, especially recovery from E-gas problems. Based upon our combined experience he is now recommending Star Tron as an additive for regular use. He told me he believes it is the first product he has seen that actually works to resolve old fuel problems.. I have also tried it in my car, and the gasoline for my lawn mower (4 cycle) as well as the weed eater and blower (both 2 cycle). In my car I can't tell any clear difference but the car is all of 18 months old and been on E-gas for most of its life. Both 2 cycle engines had become quite difficult to start - the weed eater had become a real problem and was headed for the shop. Both now start as easily as when they were new. The lawn mower is like the car in that I can't really tell a difference. Bottom line - there is a clear effect where I had problems. Where I didn't have evident problems any effect is subtle enough I can't determine it. I think this makes sense - it's hard to fix what isn't broken. That the Star Tron has been successful in resolving a couple of different, fuel-related problems suggests to me that regular use should prevent those troubles from occurring in the first place, and that is much cheaper and far more convenient than repairs. I am now in the regular user camp - it will always be on my boat and in my fuel. |

We wanted to tell you how highly my husband and I think of your company's car care products. We have recently been using Star Brite's car waxes, as well as Star Tron's fuel injector product, for the first time and they are all amazing.
My husband is extremely fond, in particular, of the wax, which works equally well on paint as it does on aluminum and chrome. He is thrilled with the way he can use the same wax to polish his aluminum and chrome as he uses on his paint, because there is no white buildup on non-painted surfaces. In fact, it does a better job of polishing aluminum than does the Mother's aluminum paste wax he has used for years. I am attaching photos of my husband's 1984 Porsche 928S (Euro). The paint is super shiny thanks to your waxes, and just take a look under the hood where you can see that the aluminum is as sparkly as the paint job!
The Star Tron fuel injector product has also had a noticeable (and very good) affect on not only the Porsche, but my 1998 Dodge Durango, as well. Performance and power is improved, and gas mileage is up around 10% in my Durango, which is definitely noteworthy in that gas guzzler!
We're extremely impressed with everything we have tried in the Star Brite world. Thanks so much for making such great products!
Best regards - Kevin and Leslie De Knight |
